We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Hotel facilities were impressive, with a beautiful pool and a top-notch restaurant with stunning views. The staff was friendly and provided top-notch service, from reception to room service to concierge to checkout. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and a courtesy car to help us get around. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

We booked an a double room, it was comfortable. Location: the hotel was very close to Danis restaurant, and Madrid.

The location is perfect, with easy access to various neighborhoods. The staff went above and beyond, providing exceptional service and creative solutions whenever needed. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and I particularly loved the Junior Suite I upgraded to. The spa was a highlight, with Dejana providing outstanding service. The food, especially from Dani's, was absolutely delicious. I can't wait to return!

We stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city and it was perfect for exploring. The staff was friendly and gave us two complimentary drinks for our stay. The spa was a great addition to our trip and we were able to relax after long days of sightseeing.

The hotel was not up to par. The towels were dirty and the phone in the room was dusty.

The rooms are beautifully furnished, very clean. The service is excellent from the concierge to the restaurant at breakfast. The location of the hotel is perfect as everything is within walking distance. The spa and overall ambiance are exceptional. The staff made an effort to listen to our requests and ensure a comfortable stay. Special thanks to the guest experience team for making my child so happy with the little gifts they arranged.
